Most of the farmhouse is occupied by the owners who have make a smaller separate part of the property available for letting. The accomodation is on the first floor reached by private entrances which lead up to a lovely covered balcony and a loggia from where there are wonderful views towards Arezzo in the SE and Casentino valley in the south.


Entrance in the picturesque roomy kitchen with its Tuscan fireplace, stone sink, five ring hob, dishwasher and fridge. There are two good sized double bed rooms, one of which has en-suite shower, baisin, bidet and wc, the third bedroom has twin beds. The family bathroom has a shower, baisin, bidet and wc.
The rooms are furnished in an antique style (beds with iron canopy or curtain and wooden bases and orthopedic matteresses) with lovely terracotta floors, beams throughout and the walls are spatulated like old lime plaster decoration.
Only in July and August is available another flat with a private entrance into a picturesque large kitchen with a hob, dishwasher, fridge and freezer. There is a sitting room with its Tuscan fireplace and divan bed, one double bed room, one small double bedroom, a family bathroom with shower, bathtub, baisin, bidet and wc.
